Also includes 'Time Lapsed Since Start' for single starts and delayed start feature, e.g. for pursuit races.

Now displays 'time lapsed since start' in single-start mode in both competitor and race committee version. In competitor version the app now offers a Delayed Start option which allows the user to enter a start time in the future, e.g. for pursuit races. The timer will then count down until it reaches the 5-minute mark and then switch to its regular 5-minute count-down mode.
